Product Specialist - Allied Parts and Accessories (GL or Olathe)
Basic Function: Evaluate data and develop parts to grow business offerings, sales and market share for aerial lifts and sweeper/scrubbers
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Write product proposals
- Research competition
- Identify suppliers and evaluate offerings
- Negotiate costs
- Resolve product claims
- Research and identify new product cross references to existing products
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Able to multi-task and track activities
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Software
- Background and knowledge in industrial equipment, mechanical or automotive background
- Previous purchasing experience and negotiating
- Desire college degree

TopTechnical Information Specialist - Olathe, Kansas
Basic Function: Responsible for maintaining and entering raw data into computer.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Research part numbers and serial numbers for lift trucks, aerial lifts and sweeper/scrubbers
- Identify fast moving items being sold
- Respond to incoming calls, faxes and email inquires to research OEM and comparable parts and obtain the necessary information to complete the customers’ request
- Assist in the continuing development of the company’s informational data bases on parts related to the Material Handling and Powered Lift Industry
- Giving priority to customer inquiries and being part of a team effort
- Will perform research using parts and service manuals, internet and other publications
- Prefer someone bi-lingual English/Spanish
