TVH® has grown to become one of the most respected names in the material handling industry. Our commitment to the manufacture and distribution of quality replacement parts and accessories has made us a world leader, supplying more than 4,500,000 parts for world and U.S. manufactured industrial vehicles.

TVH® employs 750 people in the Americas at its locations in Kansas, California, Illinois, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Canada, Brazil and Mexico. TVH® boasts 165,000 stocking numbers and more than 4,500,000 part numbers for over 90 brands of material handling vehicles.

Founded in 1969, TVH® has 31 subsidiaries, sales offices and/or partners in 22 countries. TVH® offers more than 450,000 stocking numbers and more than 11,000,000 part numbers for over 90 different brands of world and U.S. manufactured industrial vehicles. TVH® fills more than 5,500 daily shipments to 21,000 customers. TVH® employs more than 2,000 people.

Timeline

	1948 LPM is established.
	1960 INTRUPA (INdustrial TRUcks PArts) was officially incorporated
	1969 Mr. Paul Thermote & Mr. Paul Vanhalst Started maintaining and selling agricultural and construction machinery and forklift trucks
	1971 SMH® (Systems Material Handling) Starts supplying the material handling industry with replacement parts.
	1973 THERMOTE & VANHALST is officially established.
	1987 SMH® begins to manufacture a complete line of strobe and flashing lights.
	1990 Inception of Superior Signals, Inc as a sales division for safety products.
	1990 SMH® Opens a distribution warehouse in California.
	1995 INTRUPA & affiliates are incorporated into one holding company called IMC Holdings, Inc.
	1996 Begins production of Safe-T-Alert back-up alarms.
	1999 SMH® Opens a distribution warehouse in Mexico.
	2000 SMH® Opens a distribution warehouse in Canada.
	2002 SMH® is acquierd by TVH (Thermote & Vanhalst) group of Belgium
	2005 SMH® Moves to a new location in Canada.
	2005 SMH® Opens a distribution warehouse in Indiana. Also corporate identity changes.
	2005 New SMH® headquarters opens in Olathe, Kansas.
	2006 TVH® Aquires the world-wide material handling related business of IMC Holdings, Inc.
	2007 SMH® Opens the Phase II expansion in Olathe.
	2007 SMH® Opens a distribution warehouse in South Carolina
	2007 SMH® Moves to a new location in California
	2008 SMH® Opens a distribution warehouse in Pennsylvania.
	2009 SMH® Opens a distribution warehouse in Port Coquitlam B.C. Canada
	2012 SMH® Changes it's Corporate Name in the Americas to TVH parts CO (TVH®)
